Why not try and carry out some small acts of kindness, if you can? Post a funny card in the mail so that you can cheer up a friend, or even show your appreciation to a colleague who often feels overlooked. The happiness boost that you will get from helping others is often much greater than the pleasure that they receive.

Mix it Up

The key to being truly happy is mixing things up from time to time. Find new ways to engage in happiness habits as this will give you the biggest boost overall. Invite A Friend Out For Coffee

Invite a friend out for coffee, regardless of how busy you feel. Go to a BBQ even if you don’t feel as though you are in the mood. If you can socialize with people who you care for on a regular basis then this will give you a big boost of happiness and it will also help you to gain more confidence too.
